Fellowship for Homosexual Catholics

The All Saints Catholic Newman Center Fellowship for Homosexual Catholics (also known as the Gay and Lesbian Fellowship) has as its primary goal to foster a spirit of community and fellowship among gay Catholics in order to offer and receive mutual support in living out lives of faith within the Church in a welcoming community.

Activities

  • Faith sharing: Events/meetings scheduled throughout the year focus on personal talks, small group discussions and faith sharing related topics.
  • Communal: Members meet weekly to celebrate Mass on Sundays with the Newman Center community at the 7:00pm service.
  • Social: Activities include dinner weekly at downtown Tempe area restaurants after the 7pm Sunday Mass, parties, and get-togethers.
  • Education: Presentations, forums and discussions on Lesbian and Gay topics of interest to the community of faith.

Upcoming Events

  • Lesbian & Gay Faith Sharing Group: First and third Thursdays of each month, faith sharing and centering prayer, 6:30-7:30pm at the Newman Center.
