A Reunion Celebration of our History

Thursday, April 15, 2010, 5pm-10pm

Please join us for a fantastic evening of memories, music, old friends & new friends, fellowship and Mass in honor and celebration of our rich Dominican history. There will be students, alumni, parishioners, current and former musicians from our exemplary liturgical music ministry, and of course our beloved Dominican friars from the past decades.

Celebration Schedule

5pm - Mass on the Grass ala Dominican Style!!

6:30pm-ish - Potluck Dinner on the lawn and mingling!!

7:30pm - 10pm - Music and more!! 

BONUS! Wednesday, April 14, 2010 - Vespers Service, 7pm

Fr. Tom DeMan has lovingly offered to tell the story of how he and the community saved the Old Church. This will be followed by Taize Prayer.

*** Display boards of some of our archival images will be shown in the Old Church basement. If you wish to volunteer to help with archival images, please contact Aleah at aleah_sato@newman-asu.org

*** Parking will be available in both Newman Center lots as well as on the street (please check to ensure you are not parking illegally as Tempe has strict parking enforcement). There will be volunteer attendants to help on the evening of the 15th.

Last names beginning with the letters A-I: Bring a heavy appetizer.

Last names beginning with the letters J-R: Bring a salad.

Last names beginning with the letters S-Z: Bring a dessert.
